FOR THE BRANCH OF BLAAUWBOSCH
HOW IT STARTED?
Blaauwbosch
Branch was started in early 2012 after a need arose due to a very high number
saints residing in that area of Newcastle.
It
started as a Cell Group which was part of Osizweni Area under the leadership of
Sister Moudy Mukwambo. Sister Moudy played a pivotal role in ensuring that the
Cell multiplies itself into many Cell-Groups and she also gave converts support
spiritually, socially and physically as a result the Cell grew into an Area and
now the Branch.
The
branch is under the leadership of Mr and Mrs Mabaso

SPECIAL EVENTS
On
12 October 2013 the Branch embarked on an evangelism campaign in Ntendeka area
to reach out to more areas around Blaauwbosch where a door to door evangelism
campaign was conducted and about 40 people were saved and gave their lives to
Jesus Christ
ACHIEVEMENTS
On
20 October 2013 a new Cell-Group was launched in Ntendeka area to cater for new
converts around that area and about 30 people attend Cell meetings.
Sister
Moudy is also assisting with transport to get Ntendeka area saints to the
Branch site for Sunday services.
The
Branch won the Branch/Area of the year award during the annual Capacity
Building Day in 2013 and Sister was recognized as the overall best Area Leader
by the church leadership.
CHILDREN MINISTRY’S YEAR PLANNER 2014
To develop every child in the church with immediate effect.
MISSION
To be a ministry in which very children be
able to function effectively in the building up of the Kingdom of God.
UP
COMING ACTIVITIES
MAYOn the 25th the children are going to honour their special service in the church. Children are going to participate in different activities like praise and worship, rendering items and give memory verses and drama.
SEPTEMBER
On the 7th there will be a
special service where children are supposed to participate in a variety of
activities.The market day on the 14th will be held at Theku Mall where children will reach out and evangelize to their peers.
NOVEMBER
Children Ministry committee is going to
discuss exam papers and be moderated by lady Bishop. The children will write
their exam marked scripts will be issued back to the children.
DECEMBER
The children ministry’s closing
function/service will be on the 5th and they will receive snack
packs.
